The Program is provided for personal fitness and educational purposes. The specific features and resources included will depend on the product purchased.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
By purchasing the Program, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
The information you provide during registration and purchase is accurate.
You are purchasing the Program for your own personal use.
You will keep your account login details confidential and secure.
You will not share your account, password, or access credentials with another person.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Personal Use Licence
Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Program for your own personal, non-commercial fitness purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Your purchase does not give you ownership of the Program or its intellectual property.
You may use the training materials to support your own workouts. However, you must not use the Program to provide training services to others, reproduce its materials for commercial purposes, or distribute its contents without our prior written permission.
Your licence does not include the right to resell, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit the Program.
4. Copyright and Prohibition on Sharing
All original content contained in the Program, including its workout plans, Google Sheets spreadsheets, exercise programming, written materials, videos, graphics, branding, and other resources, is owned by Ryan Saunderson or used under appropriate authorisation.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You must not, without our prior written permission:

Share your Google Sheets program, including by copying, exporting, downloading, or providing access to the spreadsheet for another person's use, except where expressly authorised by us.
Copy, reproduce, screenshot, record, download, or duplicate the Program for the purpose of distributing its contents to others.

Share your account login details or allow another person to access the Program through your account.
These restrictions apply whether the distribution is free or paid, and whether it is made electronically, physically, or through another method.
You may not avoid these restrictions by renaming, modifying, reformatting, or partially reproducing the materials.
Your purchase is for your personal use only. One purchase does not grant access rights to friends, family members, training clients, or other third parties.
If you wish to share or use any part of the Program for another purpose, you must obtain our written permission beforehand.

We will exercise these rights in accordance with applicable law. Any remedy will be subject to your non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Terminating access does not prevent us from pursuing remedies for an earlier breach where legally available.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing the Program description, inclusions, features, and any other information provided on the sales page.

However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
Where you are legally entitled to a refund or another remedy, including because the Program fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, we will honour those rights.
This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We do not guarantee that following the Program will produce any particular result, including specific muscle growth, strength gains, fat loss, body composition changes, or athletic performance improvements.
Results vary between individuals and may depend on factors including training experience, consistency, nutrition, sleep, genetics, health, and lifestyle.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Where liability may legally be limited, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.
9. No Guarantee of Results
The Program provides training guidance, not a guarantee of a particular physical outcome.
Any examples, testimonials, personal results, or physique transformations associated with the Program are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as a promise that you will achieve the same results.
Your results will depend on your individual circumstances and implementation of the Program.
10. Digital Access and Technical Issues
Access to the Program may be provided through an online platform, website, Google Sheets, email, or another digital delivery method.
You are responsible for maintaining a suitable internet connection and compatible device.
We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, update materials, or address technical issues affecting access.
If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a purchased Program, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, assist in restoring access.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights if the Program or its delivery fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
11. Updates and Modifications
We may update, modify, or improve the Program from time to time.
Where appropriate, updates may include changes to exercise instructions, spreadsheet layouts, training materials, or other digital resources.
We will not rely on this clause to remove rights you have already acquired under applicable consumer law or to make changes that would otherwise breach our legal obligations.
Any material changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated or made available as required by applicable law.
12. Third-Party Platforms
The Program may rely on third-party services, including Google Sheets, website hosting platforms, payment processors, or digital product delivery platforms.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent that a problem is outside our reasonable control, subject always to any obligations or liability imposed on us by law.
13. Privacy
We may collect and use personal information reasonably necessary to process purchases, provide access to the Program, manage customer accounts, provide customer support, and fulfil our legal obligations.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy, where applicable.
You should review our Privacy Policy before purchasing if you wish to understand how your personal information is handled.
14. Suspension or Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary if you:
Breach these Terms and Conditions.
Share or distribute the Program without permission.
Engage in fraudulent activity relating to the purchase or use of the Program.
Misuse the website, platform, or account access systems.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach before suspending access.
Any suspension or termination will be subject to applicable law and will not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The version applicable to your purchase will be made available at the time of purchase. Any subsequent changes will apply in accordance with applicable law.
If a change materially affects an existing customer's rights, we will not assume that the change applies retrospectively where doing so would be unlawful.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia.
The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales and any courts or tribunals with jurisdiction to hear an applicable matter.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the applicable product description, checkout terms, and any other expressly incorporated policies, form the agreement between you and Ryan Saunderson concerning your purchase and use of the Program.
